A curriculum team has turned all four of my books into professional developments for any team, network, or organization on the path to continuous growth. My team has grown to include a certified Be a Coffee Bean trainer, who goes in to perform the PD workshops. Our trainer will come in and present a professional workshop of your choice-- which is approximately 3 hours per workshop. The workshop can be less or more time depending on your needs. Each workshop includes 5 interactive activities

The Coffee Bean for Kids. Creating a positive work/life balance & a Coffee Bean family. Invite your kids to become a positive influence by sharing smiles, kindness, and positive energy. As entrepreneurs we know the struggle with work/life balance. What better way to involve your children in building your legacy by encouraging them to be their best self among their community and peers. This workshop is for pre-teen and teenage kids who are looking for the motivation on how to become positive community leaders.

Student Leader Outreach, a workshop for leadership students based on The Coffee Bean for Kids book. This workshop trains student leaders to go out in the community to area elementary schools and read The Coffee Bean for Kids to elementary students then give a short presentation on how to be a coffee bean. District would need to order The Coffee Bean for Kids books. The publisher can provide a discounted quote depending on how many books will be purchased for the leadership students.

I have found that many clients will schedule an AM staff workshop and PM staff workshop on a designated “staff development” day and schedule the student leadership workshop the following morning when the students have returned to school.
The pot of boiling water that is public education only seems to be getting hotter, and the toll is mounting on educators, staff and students, alike. Now is the time for social emotional learning and mental health professional development through the #BeACoffeeBean message.
