This Team-of-8 course is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively work as team of eight members. The course focuses on developing a strong team dynamic, fostering effective communication, and enhancing collaboration among team members.

Our Team-of-8 experience includes a pre-event planning call to tailor the course to your message, district vision, and your own goals!

The 3-hour CE course will be delivered through a combination of lecture, group discussions, fun and interactive activities, and practical exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with real-world scenarios and apply their learning in a team setting. The course will be facilitated by experienced instructor, Jenna Shoefstall, who will provide guidance and support throughout the learning process.

Throughout the course, participants will learn various strategies and techniques to build trust, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and promote a positive team culture. They will also explore different communication styles and learn how to adapt their communication to effectively interact with team members.

The course will cover topics such as conflict resolution, problem-solving, decision-making, and goal setting within a team context. Participants will engage in practical exercises and case studies to apply their learning and develop their teamwork skills.

By the end of the course, participants will have a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving district goals. They will be equipped with the tools and techniques to effectively contribute to a team of eight and drive successful outcomes, just like a coffee bean!
